Proudly Partnering with Little Wings to Support Regional Families

That’s why we’re incredibly proud to partner with Little Wings, a remarkable organisation dedicated to helping seriously ill children and their families access vital medical treatment, no matter where they live.
This year we sponsor 10 Little Wings missions, helping support up to 250 children and families as they travel to essential medical appointments and treatments.
For many families across regional and rural NSW, Queensland and the ACT, accessing specialised healthcare is not simple. Some communities go years without access to specialists, with families often travelling hundreds of kilometres for appointments, treatment and ongoing care.
Little Wings exists to bridge that gap.
Providing free air and ground transport services, the organisation helps families reach major medical facilities including the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network, John Hunter Children’s Hospital, Queensland Children’s Hospital and Royal Far West.
More importantly, they help families stay together during some of the most difficult periods of their lives.
Originally established to support children diagnosed with cancer, Little Wings has evolved significantly over time and now supports children experiencing serious illness across all domains, from physical to psychological conditions.
Their impact across Australia continues to grow:
- 2,371 journeys completed in one year
- More than 8,000 families supported
- 5.8 million kilometres travelled safely
What makes the organisation even more remarkable is the people behind it.
Little Wings is powered by an extraordinary community, with 90% of the organisation volunteer-led, including pilots and drivers donating their time to ensure children can access the care they need. Supported by more than 100 volunteers and a small team of full-time staff, the organisation continues to meet increasing demand with compassion, professionalism and unwavering commitment.
