Wayne’s experience in the finance industry is second to none. NAB, CBA, St George, Westpac & BT Financial Group collectively amount to over 40 years in tenure. During this vast expanse, he has established many life-long relationships with a diverse range of people including Heads of Industry; CEO’s; lawyers; politicians and sporting figures to name a few.
Wayne commenced his career in finance as a Bank teller whilst completing his business degree at university. He progressed into an array of personal banking roles including lending, settlements and branch management. However, it was the private banking field that he appreciated the most and excelled.
“For the past 20 years I have been involved in the establishment, staff recruitment, operational, business development and high-level management of Private Banks. I understand what clients want from a Bank; I have built relationships with individuals within all institutions whom I would confidentially trust with their custom. I want them to be comfortable with any decisions that would impact their world.”
Wayne has been married to Sue for 40 years and regardless of his career achievements, it is this relationship that he is most proud.
